These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between Crikes (crikes.click) and its users. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Crikes reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified on the website, and the date at the top of the page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Crikes operates under an international gaming licence. The platform is committed to fair play, transparency, and the protection of its users.

To open an account on Crikes, you must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• You must register with accurate and truthful information
• Each person may register only one account
• You must use your own name and your own payment method
• Your account password must not be shared with anyone

After registration, Crikes may verify your identity. You may be asked to provide a copy of your National ID or passport. Some features may be restricted until your KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.

Users are responsible for the security of their own accounts. Any activity carried out through your account will be considered your own, unless you notify Crikes Support of a compromise in a timely manner.

Crikes currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳300.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Please contact support if you need to withdraw via a different method.

Wagering requirements must be completed before any withdrawal from a bonus balance. Only real money balance can be withdrawn prior to meeting the wagering requirements. For larger withdrawals, additional documentation may be requested if KYC verification has not been completed.

Crikes offers a variety of bonuses — including Welcome Bonuses, Reload Bonuses, Cashback, Free Bets, and Referral Bonuses. Each bonus has its own terms, detailed in the Bonus section.

The general bonus terms are:

• Every bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any withdrawal can be made
• Each bonus has an expiry period — if unused before the deadline, the bonus will be forfeited
• Not all bets count equally toward wagering requirements — contribution rates may vary depending on the odds and game type
• Multiple deposit bonuses cannot be activated at the same time
• Attempting to abuse or exploit bonuses may result in account termination

Crikes bonuses are for personal use only. Opening multiple accounts, using someone else's account, or engaging in matched betting to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.

Once a bet is confirmed on Crikes, it cannot be changed or cancelled. The only exception is if the Cash Out feature is active, which allows you to settle a bet early under specific conditions. Placing a bet means you have accepted the terms.

Crikes reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• If a match or event is officially abandoned or suspended
• If odds are published incorrectly due to an error (manifest error)
• If a user exploits a technical error to gain an unfair advantage
• If evidence of match-fixing or unfair play is found

Odds change rapidly in live betting. If the odds shift before your bet is confirmed, Crikes may ask you to accept the updated odds or cancel the bet.

Casino games are powered by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. All game outcomes are entirely random and never predetermined. RTP (Return to Player) information is available in the info section of each game.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Crikes. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening multiple accounts or operating another person's account
• Strategic betting intended to abuse bonuses (advantage play)
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated tools
• Depositing funds from illegal sources or attempting money laundering
• Attempting to hack or defraud Crikes's system or other users
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information
• Opening or operating an account on behalf of a minor

Crikes offers two types of account closure. Users may close their own account, and Crikes may also close an account in cases of rule violations.

Closed at User's Request: You can set a cooling-off period (24 hours to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion from your settings. Make sure to withdraw your real balance before closing your account permanently.

Closed by Crikes: If Crikes finds evidence of rule violations, fraud, or any unfair activity, it reserves the right to suspend or close the account without prior notice. In such cases, any bonus balance will be forfeited, and the return of real money balance will depend on the outcome of the investigation.

Crikes strives to deliver the highest quality of service, but technical issues, server downtime, or third-party payment gateway problems may occasionally cause delays or inconvenience. In such situations, Crikes's liability is limited.

Crikes makes no guarantees regarding the following:

• Service available at all times — occasional downtime may occur for maintenance
• Betting outcomes — wins or losses are entirely at the user's own risk
• Third-party internet or mobile network quality
